Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are subject to availability. $150 minimum order required for service.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations without 48 hours notice, repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a service fee.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept most major payment methods.
Returned checks or failed payments may be subject to additional fees.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to provide outstanding results.
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can review your concerns and, when appropriate, schedule a return visit.
Because every stain, odor, and flooring material is different, we cannot guarantee complete stain removal or restoration.
Limitation of Liability
While we exercise reasonable care during every service, Heaven's Best is not responsible for:
